Cuando el implante es una donaci\u00f3n, se realiza un estudio socioecon\u00f3mico, con el fin de ver la capacidad econ\u00f3mica para poder solventar los gastos que vienen como terapias, garant\u00edas, cables del implante, entre otros. La cavidad ayuda a mantenerlo en su lugar y garantiza que est\u00e9 lo suficientemente cerca de la piel como para permitir la transmisi\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica desde el dispositivo.
